Senior Change Delivery Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of change initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communications Management: Ensure timely and effective communication across key areas of impact, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Change Impact Management: Develop and implement a consolidated view of change impacts across the transformation program, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Proposal Development: Create and propose an updated enterprise-wide view of change impacts, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and measure success metrics, monitoring change progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate ongoing risks and interdependencies, ensuring seamless execution of change initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in change management at a senior level, particularly cross-functional transformation and process-driven people change projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven track record of implementing change management principles and methodologies, driving project success.
  • Adept at identifying and understanding organizational issues, challenges, and solutions, with a keen business acumen.
