Cyber Security Director

DP World Australia Limited is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Director to lead and oversee all aspects of our cyber security program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Cyber Security Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect our digital infrastructure from evolving threats and vulnerabilities.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of proactive risk management, incident response, and continuous improvement.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, assess potential impact, and prioritize remediation efforts.
- Cyber Security Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and enforce cyber security policies, standards, and procedures to govern our information assets and infrastructure.
- Incident Response and Management: Coordinate internal and external audits to validate the effectiveness of security controls and processes and address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on cyber security best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders through open communication and discussions, serving as a central point of contact.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience (7+ years) in cyber security management, including leading security programs in complex organizations.
- Certifications: Advanced degrees and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices, as well as in-depth understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
