The Graduate Contracts Administrator role offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in law or construction management to develop their skills and expertise in commercial administration and support to project teams.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing commercial administration and support on various matters such as contracts management, subcontract compliance, and ensuring that BMD Commercial Standards are upheld.

This includes:

  • Assisting Senior Contract Administrators and Project Managers on commercial matters related to projects experiencing disruptions, variations, and delays
  • Reporting on project commercial metrics and tracking trends as required by the Commercial Manager
  • Coordinating commercial audits on various projects against BMD's commercial procedures, reviewing cost coding, productivities, compliance, and sub and head contract uploads
  • Liaising with site teams and attending weekly site meetings

We're looking for an eager, determined, and resourceful graduate who is ready to take the first step in their career. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong decision-making and communication skills, creative thinking, and a drive to experience real hands-on work in the field.

A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role and provides an attractive starting point for your career with BMD Urban.
