About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce, Accounting or equivalent, along with CA/CPA certification and relevant industry experience. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite are also essential.
You'll be responsible for reviewing scopes of work, conducting initial discussions with subcontractors, managing procurement schedules, and maintaining accurate cost records. Additionally, you'll assess commercial and contractual risks, recommend controls, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and codes.
What We Offer- A competitive salary package, including salary continuance and salary sacrifice options, estimated at AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum.
