Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, greet clients, handle phone calls and perform general reception duties.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Process transactions and payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in report preparation and address client enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain the appearance of the office and perform miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent communication skills and experience in front office healthcare reception.
  • Proficient computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Word/Excel.
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure and think on your feet.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Additional Requirements:

  • National Police Clearance Check and relevant worker screening checks.
  • Full immunization record and COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Unrestricted Driver's licence and willingness to travel.
