About the Role- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility assistance.
- Provide emotional support and companionship aligned with individual care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of resident's health and behavior changes and report to nursing staff.
- Support residents' autonomy, dignity, privacy and rights.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Adhere to infection control, workplace safety and organisational policies and procedures.
- Aged care qualification (Certificate III or equivalent).
- Previous experience in residential aged care.
- A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to providing respectful and compassionate service.
- Current police clearance (or willingness to obtain).
