Key Responsibilities

  • Providing quality personal care and household assistance to clients in their own homes.
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transportation needs.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with grocery shopping.
  • Providing companionship and social support to clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to management.

Requirements

  • An Australian driver's licence and reliable insured motor vehicle.
  • Reliability and compassion for the elderly.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (advantage but not essential).
  • Previous experience as a Home Care Worker (highly regarded but not required).
