We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to provide high-quality support and care to our residents. This is a part-time role working Monday to Friday, either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm in our high care, low care, and memory support areas.

In this role, you will develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families, follow individual care plans, and utilize the latest technology to enhance their lives.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a meaningful impact on people's lives. As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for:

- Providing compassionate care and support to residents with diverse needs and requirements

- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals

- Utilizing technology, such as myRyman, to streamline care delivery and enhance resident experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Certificate III/IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support

- At least 2 years of industry experience as a Personal Care Worker

- Experience working in Memory Support and High Care environments

- Strong empathy, excellent communication skills, and a reliable, friendly, and professional style
