We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to provide person-centred care to residents at our NSW Health Residential Aged Care Facility.

About the Facility

The facility provides care to 104 residents, with four individual cottages accommodating up to 26 residents each. The cottages offer comfortable living areas, indoor activity spaces, sensory rooms, lounges, and dining rooms.

Requirements
  • Experience in Aged Care nursing
  • Interest in working with people living with Advanced Dementia
  • Current Aged Care Check and NDIS Worker Check (mandatory)

Free on-site parking is available for employees. We encourage applicants who have experience in aged care and a passion for supporting individuals with dementia to apply.
