Deliver high-quality care to older Australians as a compassionate and skilled AIN.

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our teams in aged care, providing excellence in services and accommodation across multiple locations in Sydney.

Key Requirements:

- Experience working within the Aged Care Setting (desired)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to respond effectively and calmly in emergency situations

- Proven ability to work within a team to ensure care is of a high standard

- Compassionate and caring nature, with a dedication to building strong relationships with residents and their relatives

- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19

- Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care

Duties may include:

- Day-to-day personal care activities providing a high standard of direct care to residents

- Communicating with residents and their family and friends and other staff in the residence any changes or feedback as required in a professional and private manner

- General nursing care

- Providing outstanding levels of care to all residents while promoting physical and mental wellbeing

Available shifts:

- Morning duty

- Afternoon duty

- Night duty
