About This Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as we continue to expand our presence in the insurance industry.

You will be responsible for managing client accounts, preparing quotes and renewals, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery.

Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Client Support & Administration – Assist in the preparation of quotes, renewals, and policy documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Portfolio Assistance – Support Account Manager in managing SME and Commercial client portfolios, including responding to client queries and processing endorsements.
  • Relationship Building – Help maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and a proactive, service-first approach.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and claims, to coordinate client solutions and ensure seamless service.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Relevant industry certifications or professional development in financial services
  • Strong knowledge of general insurance products, particularly SME and commercial lines
  • Minimum 1–3 years' experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or financial services
