Job Opportunity: Branch Leadership Role

At our Community Banking organization, we are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our local team. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Donnybrook.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build the strategic plan to gain market share in the local area and drive the branch's growth through leadership, team coaching, and business development.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and staff performance management skills, as well as experience in residential and commercial lending. They will be responsible for building relationships with customers and communities, while also prioritizing customer experience and operational efficiency.
