We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Building Materials Sales Representative to join our team at Brickworks in Oakdale Industrial Estate, Horsley Park.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to both internal and external customers across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to serve a diverse customer base.
  • Ensure all sales enquiries are answered in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Complete data entry of orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Identify potential customers and establish new accounts.
  • Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the Company's products and services.
  • Coordinate appointments with clients for colour selection.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer deliveries requirements are met.
  • Investigate and resolve any customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
  • Experience in the Building, Design or Sales Industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clear attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong time management.
  • Ability to excel under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
