About the Role

As the Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, creating menus that delight our guests, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. You'll work closely with our culinary team to develop new recipes, train staff, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus that meet financial goals and exceed guest expectations
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards
  • Monitor and control kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu ideas
