Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in our kitchen, adhering to HACCP principles and local guidelines.
  • Prepare, produce, and present high-quality food that meets our guests' expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, and share your knowledge with the team.
  • Minimize food waste and optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Contribute to menu development, roster planning, and other team initiatives.
  • Audit kitchen stock and supplies daily, and place orders as needed.
