Role Overview

We are seeking a Contract Compliance Specialist to manage the interface with providers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements (capability, insurances, quality, safety and environmental requirements).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Investigate and recommend actions to address non-compliances within established processes and procedures.
  • Collect and analyze complex data from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to and/or develop frameworks, policies and processes related to providers to protect infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or experience deemed equivalent in business or contract administration.
  • Experience in working within development servicing or customer service environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with diverse groups.
  • Understanding of business operations and urban development processes.
