We are seeking a seasoned contract professional to join our team as a Senior Contract Administrator.

Job Description

A senior contract administrator is required to oversee the preparation, review, and management of contracts, variations, and progress claims. This individual will liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve any issues
  • Managing RFIs, EOTs, and project documentation to ensure accurate tracking of project progress

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and industry best practices
  • Experience working on luxury home or apartment projects
