Job Description:

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in their homes or residential settings.

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Providing emotional support and promoting independence through tailored care plans
  • Supporting medication management and accompanying clients to appointments
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with care teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certification in Individual Support or Disability, or completion of Bachelor of Nursing studies
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and valid Driver's Licence
  • 6+ months paid care experience and full vaccination against COVID-19, influenza, and other contagious diseases
