Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care, supervising the care provided by Enrolled Nurses, and promoting their professional development.
- Clinical care of patients
- Supervision of care provided by Enrolled Nurses
- Supporting professional development and achievement of key performance indicators specific to the ward/unit
A demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care is essential, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
To be successful in this role, you will require current registration with AHPRA, a criminal history check, and at least 1 year of experience in cardiothoracic, cardiology, or surgical specialties.
