- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in aged care, preferably as a Registered Nurse in charge.
- Reliability, compassion, and excellent communication skills are crucial for building rapport with residents, families, and team members.
