Commercial Fitout Specialist

A renowned leader in the commercial fitout industry, we are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager.
This position requires someone with extensive experience in sales within the commercial fitout sector, preferably with a background in medical, retail, hospitality, and commercial markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and attending industry-specific events to promote our services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying market segments within the commercial fitout realm
- Utilizing sectors in which the business can grow and operate
- Bringing your contacts to our business and supporting them throughout the process
- Managing existing client relationships
- Attending industry-specific events
- Promoting our services within existing networks while continuing to expand the network
- Reporting regularly while maintaining open communication with management
- Selling and promoting the features and benefits of our full range of fitout products
- Preparing specifications to assist with quotations and tenders
- Developing new business opportunities through your own proven methods
- Liaising with our architects and designers
- Advising and making recommendations to clients on products, design, and cost-saving ideas
