Automation & AI Solutions Specialist – Shopfitting / Interior Fitout

We're looking for a part time Automation & AI Solutions Specialist to design and implement smart systems that eliminate inefficiency, unlock insights, and set us apart as an industry leaderin innovation.


What You'll Do
  • Transform how projects run – streamline estimation, take-offs, and job costing for faster, smarter bids.
  • Revolutionise workflows – automate construction contracts, supplier quotes, purchase orders, and financial processes in Xero and Workguru.
  • Pave the way with AI – build tools that simplify accounts payable/receivable, manage leads, and improve client communication.
  • Connect the dots – integrate , Workguru, and Xero so data flows seamlessly across the business.
  • Inspire change – work alongside directors, project managers, project administrators and the construction team to bring digital innovation to life.

What You'll Bring
  • Hands-on experience with automation and AI system integration (PowerAutomate, APIs, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Xero, , and job-costing/project systems. Construction job costing knowledge a huge plus.
  • A problem-solver's mindset, with the drive to challenge "how things have always been done."
  • IT professional with Construction, fitout, or trade background highly regarded.
