About the Trade Counter Team, we provide specialist irrigation supplies and services for large commercial spaces, sporting fields, residential backyards, and everything in between.

Job Role

The role of the Trade Counter team member involves assisting landscapers, irrigation specialists, and other tradespeople with accessing the products they need to take care of their outdoor spaces. As a key member of the team, your day-to-day will involve delivering customer service and product information, providing quotes both in person and over the phone, undertaking pick packing and stock control activities, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You may also be required to make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
