For over 100 years, we've supported the trade with specialist irrigation supplies and services for large commercial spaces, sporting fields, residential backyards, and everything in betweenAbout the roleAs part of the Trade Counter team in Pakenham, you'll help landscapers, irrigation specialists and other tradespeople access the products they need to take care of their outdoor spaces, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.Your day-to-dayA typical day will involve:Providing customer service and information about productsProviding quotes both in person and over the phoneUndertaking pick packing and stock control activitiesHelping keep the branch tidy and safeMaking occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicleWe'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phoneCan pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurateCan use a computer and is happy to learn new systemsHas a clean valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekendsWants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head officeOur perks and benefits:Performance based bonusesMonday - Friday, no weekends
