We are seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to join our team in Pakenham.

As part of the Trade Counter team, you will help landscapers, irrigation specialists and other tradespeople access the products they need to take care of their outdoor spaces.

You will also undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing customer service and information about products
  • Quoting customers for products both in person and over the phone
  • Maintaining stock levels by undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
  • Ensuring workplace safety by helping keep the branch tidy and safe
  • Supporting delivery operations by making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
