Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our operations teams, providing expert advice and support on employee relations, performance management, workforce administration, organisational change, and talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with leaders to deliver solutions across employee relations, performance management, workforce administration, and organisational change.
  • Provide expert support on employee relations matters, including addressing performance and conduct issues, grievances, fitness for work, and investigations.
  • Support workforce planning, organisational change activities, and workforce administration.
  • Drive engagement, succession planning, and talent development within the operational workforce.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
About You

To be successful, you will bring a strong background in HR Business Partnering or a similar role, proven exposure to employee and industrial relations, particularly in blue-collar environments.

  • Demonstrated experience working with enterprise agreements and ER/IR case management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
