Loyalty Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting the effectiveness and evolution of our Franchise Retail Brands' loyalty programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with experience working with data feeds from loyalty management systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

This role involves:

  • Monitoring and validating data feeds from the Loyalty Management System to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Collaborating with the LMS provider to resolve anomalies and enhance data reporting capabilities.
  • Designing and building Power BI dashboards for real-time reporting access across key business functions.
  • Ensuring reporting and analysis complies with internal data governance practices and relevant privacy regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining regular program performance reports, including total program KPIs, individual campaign outcomes, and local area marketing activities.
  • Supporting the Loyalty Manager in defining and tracking success metrics for campaigns and program health.
  • Analysing member behaviour and program trends to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Partnering with CRM and marketing teams to test and scale targeted loyalty initiatives based on insights.
