Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to all client airlines and passengers, ensuring timely and efficient check-in and baggage handling processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service level agreements and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including those with disabilities, and provide support during disrupted or delayed services.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OH & S regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Fluent in Japanese language.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to lift and handle baggage up to 32kg.
  • Availability to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
