About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Receive and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitors to the appropriate personnel or voicemail.
  • Front Desk Management: Ensure the welcome area and welcome desk are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings and events.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and check kitchen and office supplies, and order new supplies as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Create, assign, and review work orders, purchase requests, and invoices.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, front of house, or a similar role in a professional or corporate environment.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
