About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Housekeeper/Receptionist. As a key member of our front desk and housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and our property remains sparkling clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and welcoming environment, including refreshing communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms.
  • Monitor and replenish stock, ensuring our property remains well-stocked and well-maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk reception, and commercial cleaning in an accommodation setting.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexible availability, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
