Job Title: National Technical Training Manager, Tax

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver timely and relevant technical training programs to address the needs of the tax team.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across the tax service lines and subject matter experts to coordinate the delivery of training programs.
  • Manage the national technical training schedule and ensure that training is effectively delivered to stakeholders.
  • Curate and maintain a knowledge library to provide easy access to contemporary training tools for tax team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified chartered accountant with significant client-facing tax experience (5 years postgraduate experience).
  • Working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime.
  • Experience in managing a holistic technical development program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
