**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and continue delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient and friendly service.
  • Lead and motivate the bar team, providing training and support to ensure excellent service.
  • Manage the bar's inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
  • Create and maintain a high standard of cocktails and beverage presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with scheduling, staff management, and performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to the development of the bar's drink menu and promotions.

**What We're Looking For:**

  • Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior bartender in a fast-paced, high-quality venue.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A passion for creating and delivering outstanding beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests.
  • Good understanding of bar operations, stock control, and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
