We are seeking a key professional to spearhead growth and innovation in the finance sector. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of internal and external finance programs across multiple product lines.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the development of finance programs, collaborating with sales executives to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the finance team on future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  • Lead Retail Finance Managers and contribute to the development of Brandt Finance personnel to build a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success.
  • Work closely with the finance and sales teams to identify and acquire strategic customers.
  • Achieve sales and market share goals for the long-term success of Brandt Finance.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence from the marketplace to ensure superior products are offered.
  • Support Equipment Sales efforts.
About You:
  • Ten plus years of direct equipment finance-related experience in senior management roles is required.
  • Prior experience within the Brandt group would be beneficial.
  • A high level of written and oral communication skills is essential.
  • Travel throughout the Brandt ANZ footprint to develop and strengthen relationships with strategic customers and sales executives.
