We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our finance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving leadership in developing internal and external finance programs, while supporting equipment sales through financing and program development.

About the Role:
  1. Lead the creation of both internal and external finance programs for all product lines with the collaboration of various sales executives.
  2. Provide expert feedback and guidance to the finance team on future opportunities and market trends.
  3. Manage and develop retail finance managers and assist in building a motivated workforce focused on long-term success for customers and employees.
  4. Work closely with the finance and sales teams to identify and acquire strategic customers.
  5. Achieve sales and market share goals, as agreed, to drive the long-term success of the finance division.
  6. Gather and monitor competitive intelligence from the marketplace to ensure the provision of superior products.
  7. Support equipment sales efforts.
  8. Foster strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
About You:
  1. Ten plus years of direct experience in equipment finance-related roles, with progressively senior management positions required.
  2. Prior experience within a similar industry would be considered an asset.
  3. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
  4. Travel extensively across the region to develop and strengthen relationships with strategic customers and sales executives.
