About the Role
As our Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in coordinating and optimising service delivery across the organisation. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure we maintain compliance, deliver exceptional client outcomes, and grow sustainably.
This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of the NDIS and a strong track record in operational leadership—someone ready to contribute to a purpose-driven, innovative team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of service delivery across NDIS programs
Implement and oversee systems, workflows, and compliance frameworks
Ensure participant goals are at the centre of all planning and supports
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support quality service delivery
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards
Drive continuous improvement across policies, reporting, and service planning
Assist with onboarding, supervision, and mentoring of staff as needed
Act as a key point of escalation for service delivery issues and resolutions
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience working in the NDIS or disability support sector
Strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and compliance frameworks
Proven success in an operational, leadership or coordination role
A collaborative, values-led approach to systems and people management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working with diverse teams and a commitment to inclusive practice
Qualifications in health, human services, or business (highly regarded)
