The Role:

This is a high-profile position that requires leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, providing workload assistance, and coordinating workload creation and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  2. Manage a team of staff by communicating clearly about work progress, issues, team directions, and key decisions.">
  3. Provide workload, procedural, and technical assistance to Census field and office staff.">
  4. Relay important information between field staff and the Field Operations Management team.">
  5. Resolve or escalate complex field queries, issues, and incidents.">
  6. Undertake performance management of office-based and field staff when required.">
  7. Coordinate workload creation, allocation, and progress monitoring for field staff within their work areas.">
  8. Monitor operational intelligence to ensure Census targets and objectives are met.">
  9. Provide regular feedback on status updates and emerging issues to your team and management.">
  10. Support recruitment of office-based and field staff, including shortlisting, interviewing, and participating in selection panels.">
