Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Casual Test Administrator to join our team at 470 Collins Street, Melbourne.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a secure exam delivery environment.
  • Ensure adherence to all testing procedures and company policies.
  • Verify candidates' identification, explain exam procedures, and proctor/candidates while testing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate policy breaches, and complete light housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience in proctoring or invigilating exams.
  • Beginner to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to sit for long periods and bend/lift up to 20 lbs independently.
