Remote Automotive Specialist Opportunity

As a Remote Vehicle Assessor, you will conduct video assessments with clients across Australia from the comfort of your home. We are open to location for this role, and you could be based in a major city or regional Australia.

Job Description:

Your Key Responsibilities

Completing video assessments and generating reports using our digital app.

Understanding and sharing expertise in both retail and business clients across a wide range of motor vehicles.

Communicating with customers to book assessments and liaising with owners, sellers, and buyers about assessment reports.

Monitoring bookings throughout the day, pre-empting and/or problem-solving any issues to create the best outcome and turnaround times for customers.
