Customer Banking Relationship Manager

Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Customer Banking Specialist to join our team at Auswide Bank. As a key member of our branch network, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Provide a seamless branch experience, uplifting customer engagement and creating real value for our clients.
- Teller Functions: Handle deposits, withdrawals, account openings, closures, and general inquiries efficiently.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Auswide Bank's policy and procedures, privacy guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Participate actively in and support our programs and initiatives, driving innovation to enhance our capabilities.
- Financial Health Checks: Assess customers' financial needs, identifying changes or abnormalities and completing thorough checks.
- Training and Development: Complete all compliance training and obligations by required due dates.
- Clear Communication: Demonstrate clear and confident communication skills to build personal connections.
- Collaboration: Show ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Problem-Solving: Display quick thinking, great problem-solving skills, and fast learning abilities.
- Adaptability: Showcase ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- KPIs: Have experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Attention to Detail: Possess exceptional attention to detail.
- Technology: Have experience using digital channels and working knowledge of technology.
- Compliance: Understand compliance requirements and have relevant experience.
- Banking Experience: Hold current banking and/or lending experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Annual Leave: Enjoy four weeks of annual leave plus one wellness day per quarter.
