Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Banking Specialist to join our team at Auswide Bank. As a key member of our branch network, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Provide a seamless branch experience, uplifting customer engagement and creating real value for our clients.
  • Teller Functions: Handle deposits, withdrawals, account openings, closures, and general inquiries efficiently.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Auswide Bank's policy and procedures, privacy guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate actively in and support our programs and initiatives, driving innovation to enhance our capabilities.
  • Financial Health Checks: Assess customers' financial needs, identifying changes or abnormalities and completing thorough checks.
  • Training and Development: Complete all compliance training and obligations by required due dates.

  • Collaboration: Show ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Problem-Solving: Display quick thinking, great problem-solving skills, and fast learning abilities.

  • KPIs: Have experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Attention to Detail: Possess exceptional attention to detail.
  • Technology: Have experience using digital channels and working knowledge of technology.
  • Compliance: Understand compliance requirements and have relevant experience.
  • Banking Experience: Hold current banking and/or lending experience, preferably in a similar role.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
