We're seeking an experienced Customer Banking Specialist to join our Bundaberg Branch network, contributing to the development and maintenance of strong relationships with customers. If you have a passion for helping others, a strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless branch experience and increased customer engagement.
  • Handling various tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, account opening/closing, and general inquiries.
  • Ensuring compliance with Auswide Bank's policies and procedures, privacy guidelines, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Actively participating in and supporting our programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve company objectives and assigned tasks.

  • Quick thinking, problem-solving skills, and fast learning abilities.
  • The ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
  • Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with technology, including digital channels.
  • A sound understanding of compliance and current banking/lending experience is highly advantageous.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum
