As a respected figure in the field of disability support, you will work closely with staff to tailor daily routines, communication, and activities to each client's preferences and goals.
You will also be responsible for building relationships with referral networks and promoting our services through outreach and engagement.
Additionally, you will support Residential Supervisors with payroll, onboarding, vacancy management, coaching, and leadership development.
