Job Description

The role involves working directly with clients, collaborating closely with partners, and providing supervision and support to junior lawyers. Key responsibilities include handling private M&A transactions, delivering corporate advisory services, and reviewing general commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Balance legal and commercial considerations in negotiations and drafting.
  • Lead and mentor junior lawyers.
  • Have 5+ years PAE in commercial and M&A work with good attention to detail.
  • Experience with property transactions and commercial lease experience.
About You

You will be an expert in corporate & commercial law with a strong focus on the automotive sector. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with clients and other parties.
