We are seeking a dynamic National Logistics Lead to oversee and drive the success of our operations.

About this role

  • Operational Excellence - Oversee logistics operations, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and standardised processes.
  • Team Development - Provide inspirational leadership to build a high-performance team focused on collaboration and capability uplift.
  • Resource Optimization - Ensure optimal allocation of people, systems, financial resources, and assets to meet operational plans.
  • Customer Focus - Build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and apply commercial acumen to deliver sustainable partnerships.

The primary executive operational representative will play a key role in fostering partnerships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in logistics or business-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated management experience in transport, logistics or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge with WA HVA (Western Australian Heavy Vehicle Accreditation) and AMMS (Accredited Mass Management Scheme).
