Job Title: Workday Finance Expert Lead

The role of a Workday Finance Expert Lead is to bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex intersystem problems in Workday. This individual will guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Finance project.

Responsibilities:

  • To be an expert in Workday Finance with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • To reinforce company policies and procedures to others.
  • To drive and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreams.
  • To identify dependencies and support interplay between different workstreams within a project.
  • To lead, mentor, and oversee the work of other consultants within their projects.
  • To be a subject matter expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Expenses area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement or any other planning tool implementation experience, required.
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting area. Cloud ERP experience will be an advantage.
  • Workday Adaptive Financials (Highly Desirable) experience.
  • Experience in working with another financial ERP system such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, or any other tool will be considered for this role.
  • Data driven and solution driven mindset.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
