Lead Workday Financials StrategistWe seek a visionary leader to drive our Workday Finance practice forward. This individual will oversee multiple projects, serving as a trusted advisor to project teams and ensuring successful delivery.
- Project Management & Delivery: Provide oversight for multiple Workday Finance projects, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key member of the finance leadership team, driving excellence in delivery, people development, and practice growth.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster a collaborative culture, leveraging strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive results.
- 5–7 years of Workday Finance experience (or equivalent ERP) with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Workday certifications in Financials or related modules.
- Experience in managing geographically distributed teams.
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent.
