About the team: The Finance Systems team plays a critical role in managing and enhancing the tools and functions that support Finance & HCM functions within ASX.
Team consists of functional & reporting experts that is part of Finance & P&C business division.
What you will be doing: Implement, configure, and maintain Workday Finance modules including Core FIN, AP, AR, Billing, GL, FAs.
Collaborate with FIN and IT teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure smooth system integration and operation.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday FIN issues Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements, and proactively suggest improvements.
Work on P&C initiatives Participate in testing and deployment of Workday updates and new functionalities Conduct data audits and ensure data integrity within the Workday system What you will bring: Must have Minimum 3 years of experience working with Workday Finance, including implementation and configuration Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Strong understanding of Finance processes and best practices Workday certification/s Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools within Workday Experience in creating complex reports using Workday Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks efficiently.
