Senior Principal Consultant - Workday Financials

The Senior Principal Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. They will guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Finance implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a Workday Finance expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Reinforce company policies and procedures to others.
  • Drive and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreams.
  • Identify dependencies and support interplay between different workstreams within a project.
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of other Consultants within their projects.
  • Expected to be Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Expenses area.
Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement or any other planning tool implementation experience, required.
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting area. Cloud ERP experience will be an advantage.
  • Workday Adaptive Financials (Highly Desirable) experience.
  • Experience in working with another financial ERP system such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, or any other tool will be considered for this role.
  • Background in financial or supply chain roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience and track record in the design and development of solutions.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
