
Motor Claims Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill various roles within our claims teams across Australia.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders as they navigate the motor claims process.
Key responsibilities will include managing a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence, processing claims efficiently and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Additionally, you will be expected to proactively handle claims from start to finish, ensuring outcomes that align with our business strategy and focusing on productivity, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Job Requirements- Customer Service Skills: You should possess strong customer service skills, including conflict resolution and effective communication.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate computer literacy and troubleshooting ability.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is essential for this role.
