Wine Program Manager
The Wine Program Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing the wine strategy, driving team performance, and maintaining exceptional standards. They will work closely with the Director of Beverage Operations to plan and execute wine programs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for wine sales and profitability.
- Manage people, product, and service to exceed customer expectations.
- Design and deliver training programs for employees.
- Maintain accurate records and systems, including menu engineering and inventory management.
- Monitor beverage and food standards, and participate in health and safety committees.
- Manage costs and report daily on rostered vs actual sales.
Requirements:
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
- Excellent personal presentation and professional image.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Willingness to undertake further development and stay up-to-date with industry requirements.
Work Environment:
The Wine Program Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability. Ordinary hours may be worked over any day of the week, from Monday to Sunday inclusive.
Health and Safety:
The Wine Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of employees and maintaining a safe working environment.
