We are seeking a talented graduate to join our boutique program, which offers individualized support and high-quality services. As an Early Career Speech Therapist, you will be part of a supportive environment where person-centered practice and values alignment are at the heart of everything we do.
Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating Speech Therapy interventions within a client-focused framework, aligned with Royal Rehab LifeWorks' mission, vision, and values. You will work closely with clients, families, and healthcare teams to develop personalized plans, promote independence, and enhance quality of life.
To succeed in this role, you must possess AHPRA registration, tertiary qualifications in Speech Therapy, strong verbal communication skills, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities. Passion for making a positive difference is essential.
A desirable candidate would have experience working with people with complex needs, demonstrated ability to develop plans, practices, and procedures, and a genuine passion for rehabilitation services.
